PILATES WORKSHOP

Since it is still too cold for some serious outdoor activities, a few weeks ago we decided to have a pilates workshop in our school gym. Students of different age along with their teachers spent an hour learning some simple excersises that they can also practice at home.
We had a great time and decided we should do it more often and make it a habbit!
